Can we visit you in person?

Yes, we have a showroom located at 147 Alhambra Circle, Coral Gables, FL 33134. You can find directions and showroom hours HERE.

Do you offer in-store pick up?

Yes, we do! At check out just make sure to click the pick up option for your delivery method and you'll receive an email when your order is ready for pick up within 24 hours.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the United States.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped out from Miami, Florida.

How soon will my order ship once purchased?

All orders placed Monday-Friday are shipped out within 1-2 business days. Order placed on weekends are shipped out within 2-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped it's expected to arrive to you within 4-7 business days. For more shipping information and details click HERE.

What if I need my order sooner?

We now offer express shipping! At checkout make sure to select express shipping to receive your order within 1-2 business days. 

I placed my order, what's next? 

We hope you're just as excited as we are for your purchase! Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email providing the tracking information for your order. After that, all you have to do is use your tracking number to see your estimated delivery date, and wait for your brand new TWB items to arrive!

When do you post new arrivals?

New arrivals are live every 2-3 weeks on Thursdays at 11am. The best way to be informed about new arrivals and restocks is to sign up below for our newsletter or follow our social channels!
