Virtual Warehouse Sale Items:
Items purchased from our virtual warehouse sale (3/13-3/16) are final sale and will not be accepted for returns or refunds.
For showroom purchases you will receive two weeks from the date of your purchase to return any items for a refund and/or exchange. Showroom returns must be made in person.
For online purchases you will receive two weeks from the date your package is delivered to return any items for a refund and/or exchange plus you get free returns on your purchase!
To receive your prepaid shipping label please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and items you would like to return or exchange. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to reply with your prepaid return label.
All returns must be shipped back to us within two weeks of your delivery date. Any orders shipped or received after the two week return period will be denied a return and shipped back to senders address.
To be eligible for a return your item must still be tagged and unused in the same condition that you received it.

What to expect:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then a refund to your original payment will be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will notify you by email as soon as the refund has been processed.
